1. Ensure that you are running Windows 2000 or Windows XP Pro and Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or greater
2. If you are using Microsoft Windows NT/2000/XP then please ensure that you have "Local Administrator" rights on the PC that you use. These rights are required to install the Microsoft Visual Basic run time engine.
3. Add fleet.fossnational.com to your Micrsoft Internet Explorer list of trusted sites:
If the "Require server verification" box is already unchecked, then ignore this step
Click here to perform installation of all Visual Basic runtime and support files. NOTE: This could take up to 2 minutes to complete.
Click Continue to begin using Foss Fleet!
If after completing the above steps you find that the Foss.Fleet application is not functional, then please send an email message to fossfleetsupport@fossnational.com with a description of the problem.
